Thamara Cafe will serve the Special Dish on 19th December 2009 for our GG.

They named it : "mfm Special".
Spinach mixed with Cheese roll in Chicken with basil pesto pasta and baby roma tomato confit.

This dish is not in the Menu, it's only serve on mfm GG on 19th Dec 2009 with pre-order.
The cost is :-
RM20.00 (c/w Punkin soup and dessert)
RM15.00 (w/o soup and dessert)

I just tasted it in the afternoon, Love it very much!

The Chef especially make it for that day, that's mean there will be no extra...
Anyone interest to taste it, you can put your name on the list below...
1) Robo (w/o soup & dessert)
2) vkeong
3)
4)
5)

Beside this special, you can also have other dishes on the menu.

I just confirmed with the Chef, they don't serve pork. Even the supplier of the chicken & lamb are Halal. So no worries for Muslim member.

Thanks.

Are there any further options brudder Robbo... ask the Chef, this is his opportunity to take the rabbit out of his Chef's hat to test his scope on culinary variety... I would prefer something exotic...spicy but NOT too sambal-hot and/or just a simple but good Muslim "gado-gado" which can be extended as a veggy dish, rich and healthy or something extraordinary...., that reflects steamy, noodle enriched but filling with fishballs, and many other ingredients to entice curiosity to try it after from just one BIG look... coz the bowl is deep and abit larger too and the dish appears sizzling =P~ ...yummy!!!

The current one you already reserved looks rather Western la... is it as starters btw?

That's fine with me too. Mutton meat when its damn good en tender... is Super!!!
I basically loath pork but honestly enjoy when it comes as spicy-hot, well marinated Spare-Ribs or for a change, the occasional Bak Kut Teh... =P~
Why always so few to almost no Malay members attending???

There is a need for more PR initiative among you guys la... what is deterring the Malay participation? :-k

They serve masala chicken and mutton that may suit Bro Cruiser's taste. There is ikan bilis and seafood fried rice for the "shark teeth" too
