I Planing Drive around West Malaysia ! :mrgreen:
Planed town :-

  1. Johor 1 day 08/07/2009
  2. Kuantan 1 day 09/07/2009
  3. Kuala Terengganu 1 day 10/07/2009
  4. Kota Bharu 1 day 11/07/2009
  5. Padang Serai, Kepala Batas of Kedah 3 day (visit friends) 12-15/07/2009
  6. Alor Star & Kangar 1 day 16/07/2009
  7. George Town 1 day 17/07/2009
  8. Taiping & Ipoh 1 day 18/07/2009

or

  1. Taiping & Ipoh 1 day 08/07/2009
  2. Padang Serai, Kepala Batas of Kedah 3 day (visit friends) 09-12/07/2009
  3. Alor Star & Kangar 1 day 13/07/2009
  4. George Town 1 day 14/07/2009
  5. Kota Bharu 1 day 15/07/2009

This is what we did on V-Sixers Club Tour De Malaysia:50th Years Of Independence

Day one - KL to Penang
Day Two - Penang cross over to Kelantan and straight down to Pahang
Day Three - Pahang down to Johor
Day Four - Johor up to KL

4 Days 3 Nights cover 1777km

Is a extreme driving. Your schedule on no.2 is a leisure trip. Good for family and you.

If you are planning to drive only....you will be in your car whole time....the flu won't get you...so come lah....

SG very safe....govt here also have free holiday resort just in case you have the "flu"....

The drivers can make you drive up the wall too... :lol:

long time no see no talk.. :) my fault...
anyway.... you sound like rushing into a 'long drive' within 2 days of this writing! whhoa! or did you plan it long ago ?

Your schedule appears like you just want to drive drive drive everyday... once you touch the town.. you eat sleeep.. wake up and drive again... whoa !!! ... eat eggs for strength hor.. :mrgreen:

I myself is planning to do a very very leisurely drive , probably 2 weeks in duration... planning up the east coast and down back to Sg via west coast.... drive slowly , sleep anywhere and don't lose sleep... :) probably in a few month's time...

bro,

May I suggest you take the coastal roads in the East Coast, from Kuantan to Terengganu via Chukai (stopover at Kopitiam Hai Peng), there's Gerai Hasnik in Setiu which serves fresh battered fish/squid/prawns... and then drive right up to Kota Bharu. Lots of good food around, and cheap too. If you pass through Paka in the evening, you'd be able to see the Petronas refinery complex glowing. Anyway, it's a very scenic drive. I'm sure you'll love it. The only catch is that almost all through that journey, you're capped at 70km/h.

I taking my leave for 14 days start on today, but today I went to office to finish some of the works & tomorrow 10am meet Supplier from KL, I think after this I will start to real plan on this. BTW I just start on 8pm today & I go alone. :lol:

Thank You very much for your offer :tq: . Ipoh to Seremban just 275KM, I used to long distance drive my recall 1 day I drive 800km ++ :-'
