This i found from another site...
more easy than garmin voice utility.

just a single standalone file...
no need installation

anyone who have downloaded it...
lets try, open it with british american voice...

then will see all the sample voice there...
american cannot... duno y

edit voice like usually... record it your voice then paste on the sample...

this an example from american english
and the manual .doc
