wonder if the agreement prohibits malsingmaps from releasing the version 2009.2 in any other forms as well. it would mean that no malsingmaps.com members can be given the maps at all, other than a downgraded version before ver. 2009.2... or san certain features/POI... or maybe the agreement says only the 'Mappers', 'Valued Contributor' be given, the rest can "kiss my ass" so to speak....
in this case, they better be putting up disclaimers stating this:
"while we certainly appreciate your POIs, etc contributions - whatever given shall be the sole property of us and no claims hencefore can be entertained nor be construed as giving you any rights to whatever maps that we shall generate/ produce for whatever purpose it may be for. You are also requested to observe the copyright's act by purchasing a valid & genuine map, available from Garmin at RM xxx"Likewise, maybe we should also look at MFM to see whether this will apply in future too....
