Please recommend makan places in Penang

i'm going to penang 11th april.

can i request for some poi recommendation on makan places that contain many stalls ?
so far i only know 2. gurney drive and mcallister road. other than that, all also i dunno.
ah yes, and the stuff that i look forward to eating are

1 Lobak
2 Char kuey teow
3 Assam Laksa <---mah waif's request
4 Popiah
5 ju hu char
6 pasembor <---- i dunno how to get to the pasembur stall and all i know is got a caltex petrol station nearby. dun ask me which part coz i also dunno.
7 har mee

any other food recomendations are welcomed with poi's or co-ordinates at least. last year i went QEII my bill came up to like RM 1k. my credit card company is damn happy for me. i hope they bankrap.

also tell me if the makan makan stalls open during daytime or nighttime. so many penang stuff i wanna try but so little time. i heard of this jap place restaurant called TAO. i'll skip that. gua mau makan sampai perut pecah. please please kasi co-ordinates yah ! thank you mfm gang ! anon shall give u free intehnets for this.

This is across the bridge, located at port side of Butterworth facing Georgetown. For me every trip to Penang, die die must go for best "Te Ka Png". here

I'm guessing this is the central/southern malaysia hokkien. Direct translation:
te : pig
ka : leg
png : rice

The other 2 : Ore Mee", & "Cham Kee Tng" (Bak Kee Tng), I "see no road"

oOoOoo i seeeeeeeeeeeeee. i tot it was teh - kah peng = tea + tambah ais. u know sorta like ice blended ......made not much sense first but now i seeeeeeeeee.

the one is at bukit mertajam right ? i know bukit mertajam got damn alotta cun stuff to makan but i cannot figure out where.

If you are adventurous, then venture further in-land butterworth/prai and in a little housing estate, you can find this stall operating in a home ( terrace ) that serves what is known there as Alma Shou Mee Noodles ( Penang style prawn mee ) corner house at Lintang Damai - Lorong Damai 1 junction, N5 20.354 E100 28.360. If you do not have transport, then it is difficult to go to it.
