Hi, I have a car which is mecerdes benz , w211, and i using a dvnavin audio,which have navigation , version is papago X8.5~9,and evertime website got update new map ,i will download and update to my car navigation , but I found that a lot of POI also dont have in the system.

Just for example, I beside a hotel, in the navigation map doesnt show up the name and road name,and I cant find in the POI list , but in the "map view" it have a symbol "H",mean hotel , How should I can update most of the POI into my system? I cant even find a restaurant or shopping centre which very famous,Please help,Thanks

For your information, our latest software for all in car navigation is still using X8.5 software. May we know what do you mean that you unable to get the POI list from your GPS? Is it all the POI or road is hidden or you still can get the list but only certain location unable to search?

May we know what is model that you are using currently? It seems like your map was not copied properly. You may try to download and upload the map again.

I am new here and I just now got my Way Way Q 4033 GPS device.
I did download the latest map but problem is my device doesnt show up on my laptop. Though the device is charging once I connect.
Can anyone help or know how to fix this ?

hi,i just brought papago Z1 and find out there have many road name is not cover or unable to search for example jalan bunga raya 2,13400 butterworth,penang and Taman Sri Serom, 84410 Sg. Mati, Muar......there have many others road name having same problem which we can search in papago X5 but not in Z1,can you resolve this problem? please!
