Digital Elevation Map
Hi there.... Can I ask whether is the DEM (Digital Elevation Map) of Johor state (Malaysia) available to the public ? I am trying to get one .... Anyone out there can help me ?

You can get two for free:
The 3 arc second (90m) resolution srtm3 derived from a Shuttle radar mission long ago and since cleaned up a bit.
The 1 arc second (30m) ASTER data from a Japanese satellite. This is optically generated and has a lot of glitches due to clouds and shadows.
Both of these are canopy maps, reading tree tops and building roofs, which is fine for radio coverage prediction.
If you want ground height you have to go to JUPEM or (expensive) commercial providers. JUPEM maps are classified and you have to get permission to have them.
