University Town, linked with NUS by new fly over and new round about at Kent Ridge Crescent.
Present polygon is inappropriate .

As of 4 Sep, traffic from Upper Serangoon Road, and Macpherson Road towards the direction of Bendemeer Road, now you can turn directly into PIE(JURONG), CTE AMK RAMP, below the Woodsville Flyover.

Previously, traffic has to do a loop at Whampoa North to join to Serangoon Road in order to get onto PIE(JURONG), CTE AMK RAMP.

Was at Kaki Bukit few days ago, there is a stretch which is closed for 5 years till 2016.
