Thanks for all the hard work.
I think the file sharing sites throttle the speed down, but finally it completed downloading into my PC.

Hi, thanks for the update 
Can someone please make a TGZ file out of it for Mac users ? Maybe it would be good to do it systematically.
I know we can get into the hassle of running Windows on our Macs or Crossover or whatever other solution, but if the map was available in a format we can directly use, it would be great !
