Hi azlan, our Lokatoo devices are using Digital Navigation Capable Maps from Telekom Malaysia Berhad which have vast amounts of built-in POIs.

While it might be hard to compare map databases as each have their own merits, our maps now cover the whole of Malaysia and is one of the most comprehensive, covering all urban, sub-urban and rural areas. We have updates on a monthly basis and improvements to the maps are ongoing with 9000 ‘telephone number search’ data available nationwide and over 1300 junction views available in Klang Valley.

press the reset hidden botton at back of your PND casing.
if not affected then maybe your touchscreen interface was malfunction.
