This Expressway is extension of Expressway E9 and not SUKE.
Please route from N3.13641 E101.74196 (Somewhere Jalan Pandan 1) to N3.12262 E101.70531 ( Jalan Istana)
It's in the map.

Hi all,
I'm from Penang and recently went to IOI City Mall in Putrajaya. Map totally outdated and need someone to track again. Found difficulty getting out of that area as suggested road not accessible anymore. Thanks.
