On the way down to Spg Pulai this Morning, Tracking Jalan Batu 49 near Kuala Terla. Stopped short at Kampung Sg Getan as the nicely paved road getting bad. & narrower. If I'm on 4WD..I will probably continue further, I think the paved road probably ended much deeper...Hopefully someone can further track from where I stopped.

Turbosnail did record this road during his PCC-Mudd 2008 which he posted in MSM but not here. However that tracklogs does not indicate any POIs or the end of the road till he started off road!

Tomorrow or Tonite I might be posting my tracklogs to the Lojing (Kelantan side) Refflesia flower hunting & also Tanah Rata minor update.

Ok here's my last part of contribution. Not really in cameron Highland but Lojing at Gua musang! Too bad the 4WD tracklogs is no good...satelite blocked by the 4WD roof! ](*,)

Bought a 1/2 day tour at tanah Rata..@RM60/pax (Children RM30)...price include 4WD journey from meeting point at Butterfly Farm & thereafter ~40min ride till Lojing's Temiang ppl settlement.

Picked up 2 orang asli guides from the kampung & thereafter a scary roller coaster ride for about 2.5km & thereafter walk for almost 1hr or about 2.5km to the rafflesia flower site....This time the flower bloomed on top of a steep hill & climbing up & down the hill..damn scary.

U mean the refflesia hunting?...The MTB probably can reach till the end of the logging road & thereafter I think u need to park the MTB & hike in-leh.. :D Sumore that area protected by the orang asli..U probably need their permission & pay them :$gone: to access that road + atleast one guide

On the Jalan batu 49, do you still have the tracklogs till the end of the road...It will be good if got it updated here as well  & probably your epic MTB from there till Habu last year

Hi,

Update of a POI for a Catholic/Christian retreat centre.
Name: Barre IJ Centre
N4 28.373 E101 22.412

And is it possible to add a POI right next to the SK Convent Tanah Rata, as a chapel is also located inside it. Masses/services are currently held there.
Name: Chapel of Our Lady of Mount Carmel
N4 28.241 E101 22.440

Thanks. :tq:

from tapah, to cameron highland, using simpang pulai is far.
so, use the exit of tapah.
the road is 2 way...
