PolNav Map Outdated

I downloaded and installed the PolNav program, an APK file, version 3.1,
I believe the latest, a few days ago. (The Google Playstore one wouldn't install.)

The map it then downloaded, Malaysia.MFM@2018H1,
seems pretty dated.

This Klinik Chien Wei along Jalan Segambut, KL, had
closed down or shifted years ago, but I was shocked to
find it still shown there.

I then tried looking for a newer map here, downloaded it,
but it seems even older, 2016Q3.
