My ASEAN Free GPS Map Project

I got a 4.3 Holux.61F wince6 after upgrading everything is fine working latest 8V+ Old set . Tibo.is 5inch wince 5 no longer support their map close down. Q. Is I transfer my file to insert in tibo it's open then ask me serail number and license number. Call up Galactio I ask them can I purchase the license from you. It says my set not support, must email them. But can install lei. Just that need license number. So like what this forum says I use the activation file download copy to navi but is text file install inside all number how? Any idea?
