Cannot backup of the setting like favorites, home, office, History .
When upgrade, all the saving POI and favorites will gone, as the whole program will have to erase and reinstall.

Call support, they say still working on it, if the favorites, home, office, History. cannot be use, then why was it created at the 1st place

The POI and favorites are being retained during the upgrade if you download the web package from our website.
Do let us know if you still facing the issue.
