Yes from Jln Pahang you cannot turn right you may clash with the vehical that going to Sri Gombak/Greenwood

Papago Z1
Routing from Tol Penchala to Tol Mont Kiara the route shows from Penchala link we have to use the exit 2317 Ttdi Utara pass the traffic light (N3 09.567 E101 37.614) then only enter to the Penchala link again instead of going straight on the highway. (refer attachment line draw showing the route by Papago Z1)
