What device you are using

On paper if you know where old map data resides, you should over-ride it

It is prudent to backup before any upgrade

Hi,

I have R6600 that i bought in Hong Kong (Distributor Dmedia Technology Group) that is preloaded with Hong Kong, China and Macau map. As i travel a lot to South East Asia, Is this map compatible with my R6600?

i think is 'YES'. Why not you download and try as a learning process. .Make sure you backup your original maps before update the map. How to update the map you can search the instruction in this site.
