I googled "freeware hex editor" and it came out with many... and I downloaded xvi-32.

it's very simple way to do it. 
UltraEdit will do. but not important to me, because still using old model nuvi 200w.

I not care much about xeroxing this solution. At least, this documented info is in MFM FIRST! Then why bother, it just make them as FOLLOWERs, and MFM is the LEADER
I like MFM philosophy, FREE for ALL, just like my passion toward Free and Open Source Software. Keep on the good jobs. Someday, someone/somebody will appreciate this community's hardworks.
