Gross Different found btwn Malfreemap v1.61 & MSM MYSG v3.04

I found that both map give a very significant different in term of 'Route' time & distance calculation!

I was trying to create route from my house in Puchong to Cameron Highland Sweet Home Apartment, it suggest taking the exit from Tapah to my destination. The calculation show the total distance is 230km & the time is 4:10:19 !

but when i select MSM MYSG v3.04 & recalculate the route, it is showing 230km but the time taken is 2:22:06 !

so which 1 is correct??? MSM MYSG tend to give a shorter time to reach destination compare with malfreemap.

But which 1 is nearer to the truth???

2hr 22min is too short time from puchong to CH

to travel 230km in 2hrs:22mins requires you to drive constantly at 96kmh
with no stops or rest, no traffic lights, no jams......

any slower increases the journey's duration...
any faster would reduce the time....
so, go figure.....

2 hrs plus is about the time it takes to go cameron from pj.
coz my journey to bidor also about 45 mins, then to simpang pulai exit also another 15+ minutes, then up the new hghway and to the old curvy tight roads up to tanah rata also about an hour or less. shud be less if no traffic. so all in all yeah about 2 hrs + if u dun stop to piss, dun stop to collect holy mountain water and dun stop to minum teh tarik lor.

Last year I drove non-stop from BBBangi to Kg Raja via Simpang Pulai in 3h 3min covering 275km. Took another 30minutes to arrive Brinchang. Total time to arrive Brinchang @ CH was about 3h 30min. But I was driving at DAWN.

Timing given by MfM is CORRECT - if one drives during daylight with normal traffic flow.

i know that 2 hr + is the ideal driving condition with a constant speed without stoping.

What really bother me is how malfreemap give an estimated traveling time of whooping 4:10:19 !!!????

Does it take into account how many times we stop, head for a pee, stop down for a drink...etc? This is crap....

Time taken given by MfM to drive between the two points is 3h la, not 4hrs+!
