Ok, now I understand why people trying to get the source code. After I validate the map, there are too many errors (1581 'too close nodes) and take painstaking time correcting it (I dont even know how to correct it but Im willing to learn if you sifus guide me). Once corrected, I can always publish a navitel version to share with MFM members.
Ant Yong, maybe you can help us convert to Navitel format. I think it is easier if u have the source code.
Then MFM can be use for Garmin, Navitel and Papago

MFM rocks.

antyong,
This for sure helped a lot :D

Here are the the converted nm2 files from MFM v1.61:

http://rapidshare.com/files/242222103/Sabah__Labuan__Brunei__Sarawak__Based_on_MFM_v1.61_.nm2

Please lower your expectation of the converted files as this was done by a newbie and I have not taken it for a spin yet.

antyong,
It seems that there are disconnected polylines after converting from img file to mp file at E6 Elite(S). Could you please check the following points in your source map :

i) N2.924981, E101.612953
ii) N2.881529, E101.626839

Adrian, in the post above you HaveGPSWillTravel have converted our MFM IMG format into Navitel NM2 format. So that version of MFM does work with Navitel. Or you're asking about something else altogether? #-o

I know MFM already work garmin and papago, now i'm asking when they will compile Navitel map. And about convert from IMG to NM2, its NOT STABLE!!! Address mess up! That why i ask when they will work Navitel map so that we will have COMPLETE address / POI search function.

Here is an improved conversion of MFM v1.62 to Navitel v3.2.6 map. :D

Instruction to install map: Unzip, ALL files must be stored in the SAME folder.

http://rapidshare.com/files/247704264/M ... .6_map.zip

Now MFM POIs can be displayed in Navitel navigator. :D

Instruction to install modified official Navitel skin for MFM POI display: Install the file in the same folder of Navitel sofware. This time, the skin will only support 16 MFM POIs. The MFM POI should be displayed ok for QVGA and maybe for VGA ... ??
Why only 16 MFM POIs ... conversion of these MFM POIs are going to be a bit slow for me

http://rapidshare.com/files/247774332/N ... WT.v1a.ns2

Note:
- POI search better (not perfect)
- Address search needs more improvement
- POI Icons limited to 16 icons for now
- At roundabout, voice announcement follows anti-clockwise direction. When it says second exit, it means from anti-clockwise direction and not from clockwise direction. This is Navitel software issue, I think.
