what is the best GPS app on Android that can be use in Malaysia and map always update?

we are currently support Garmin map & Papago Map..
so, just using Garmin for Android or Papago for Android..
if any.

its good navigation program !

The map (provided by this forum) is free. But the GPS software (Papago) you still have to buy.

Absolutely, our MAP is FREE... !!

you can not to have distinguish which one software and which one is the Map ? [-X
the map is ours, but the NAVIGATION software is belong to Garmin, Papago etc..
then you must buy navigation software from garmin or papago.. not from us \:D/

we 're only voulunteer to creates good map and free for all..! :thumbsup:
we've spent time, energy, cost to big effort to make Map FREE, dude..

then ...buy original NAVIGATION software, boy...!

The map (provided by this forum) is free. But the GPS software (Papago) you still have to buy.

srry to ask so much question.
google map is online navigation. means need internet data plan..
so...

in order to use free map, i need a gps software to run. so the software i paid actually make the gps satellite to locate for free which i dont need any internet data plan right?

oh thanks for the explanation.
i got alot of confusion like online navigation and offline etc.. need data plan etc
anyway 60+ for the navigation software kind of exp :( anyway im from singapore.
should i get papago or garmin?

The internet data plan when navigating using google maps is actually used to download the map data along the way.

Since the GPS software (that you are going to buy) will use the map data locally (which is downloaded to your Android device beforehand), there will be no downloading of the map data, thus internet data plan is not necessary.

Unless if you have AGPS (assisted GPS) enabled on your device, then when acquiring satellite, you might incur some data charges. To avoid this, just disable AGPS.
