Does anyone know if the maps can be install on GPS enabled blackberry's?

Garmin will not work on Blackberry as it is service provider dependant.

Garmin do have Black Berry version on their web.

But not sure if service provider dependent.

Yes they do and "WITH" service provider support in the USA / Europe as maps stored in server.

In our part of world, service provider "DOES NOT" support. :cry:

If so, if we load a data sim(with unlimited plan) into the Blackberry, with Garmin licence purchased, its possible to run garmin map ??!!

No, as maps need to be extracted from SingTel / M1 / StarHub or in Malaysia Maxis / CelCom etc.... servers ....

Garmin needs to have a contract with these service providers to store their maps there ....
