New Garmin app for iOS and Android

It's called Garmin Viago (http://sites.garmin.com/viago/), and importantly, appears to have support for offline maps via in-app purchases. Hopefully it'll be possible to sideload MFM?

Not available for use here. Also, reading the comments of users - many are negative, plus the software is expensive.

I doubt it. (I presume it will use an incompatible format of maps). Notice that they are staying clear of Asia. Their primary aim is to compete with the likes of Tom.Tom and Sygic in the "mature markets". They probably figured they can't make much money from our market.
