i just buy a samsung galaxy s2 and installed the papago x5 into it, but why it very hard to search for the satellite?

get a more advance hdphone. eg; with a real gps module built in it. or you may try to turn on "use sensor aiding" on your hp. but it does little help only, your positioning wont be accurate also.

Me also SGS2, no need ANY connection (data/3g/internet/telephone line/wifi) exception GPS Satellite, i can easily get satellite connection, I'm at JB.

Is it the papago X5 will have problem for Android version 2.3.5?

Use an app called "GPS Status" to view the satellite reception. First lock from factory usually takes a long time, may even be 10 mins. Make sure you are under clear sky with no obstruction on top, prefer sunny weather. Also make sure you are stationary.

After you lock once it should be much faster. A typical cold lock takes 1-120s. If I wipe the cache it can even take 5 mins + from my Galaxy SL.
