It's a nice phone and the price is quite reasonable. But hope the price would drop a little in the next few months =P~ :$gone:

Rather than trying to be smart by launching their own phone and making it proprietary, they are probably better off with the old model of selling bluetooth receiver cum software for smartphone or sell the software separately to make use of the smartphone built-in GPS. I love my iPhone and still waiting for Garmin to launch something for iPhone!

Yeah read similar articles when i heard the A10 was coming out. DAMN lar; had so much potential. Let's hope the android market is kind to them and improves sales so we can see more devices like this. Getting tired lugging around the N97 or X1. And not convenient taking the Dakota around either...

not when software piracy is rampant
from Garmin Que for Pocket PC to Garmin Mobile XT for Windows Mobile to Nuvi 205W to Papago M9 for Android & now Garmin Nuvi 2576.

Launched today by Starhub.
http://www.starhub.com/mobile/handset/e ... black.html

S$148 for 3G SmartSurf 100 ($38/mth)
S$48 for 3G SmartSurf 300 ($58/mth)
S$0 for 3G SmartSurf 700 ($98/mth)

BTW, can anyone confirm if it runs Android 2.1? (Read some reviews earlier that it is on 1.6).
