Border Malaysia/Thailand

Noticed in the latest version (and possibly also in older versions) that the border line between Malaysia and Thailand is shown twice. This is caused by (I assume) that both the Thailand map and the Malaysia map each have their own border line. It is better that you remove 1 of the borders either in the Thailand map or in the Malaysia map so that the result looks better.
