hi , i just update my pioneer 8450BT firm ware . n now my papago build in gps keep appeal ask me to download RadioApp . pls Help [-o<

Sounds like your update is incomplete as you have missing file. Suggest get your car audio installer to work on it with Pioneer for the needed file
