Nxxx M9 & Papapgo SG&MY

I am currently using Samsung Galaxy S3
I have been using Nxxx M9 in good order until I upgraded my phone to Android 4.3
Nxxx M9 doesn't work under 4.3
I installed Papago SG&MY which does not work well
Getting GPS signal is a problem
After getting GPS signal, the navigation does not work
Anyone can help and advise on this?
