did this software build in may 3 2012 have AES detector

There is no such thing as an "AES detector".

GPS navigator can't detect speed camera, only trigger alarm on pre-program speed camera location point. For location that have speed camera but not program inside the Map, it won't trigger the alarm.

Agree. There no such thing as detector. The preset alaram will trigger at the preset location. That all.
