Can't see Singapore map after uploading new map

Hi everyone,

I'd just saved the latest map onto the SD card, but the problem now is, I'm unable to search a location via postal code, neither am I able to see the map in Navigation mode.

Would be grateful if you could advise on what I might've done wrongly.

You can start by telling us what map you loaded and what GPS/model are you using.

Thanks for the replies! I'm using the M3GPS X8.5 on Road Navi, and the downloaded map is MFM PPG version 8-6-15.

My GPS is a silver box (into which the SD card is inserted) and is then fed into the head unit of the Pioneer system.

How do I reset that?

Suggest you read the Pioneer Head Unit Manual or seek the help of Pioneer support

Just a question. Did you wait for the GPS to lock on after you installed the new map? The Papago navi system will always default to KL (when using MfM Map) after it is installed.

Yeah, I did. I saw KL then it shifted to a kinda like green screen with no map

I have the same problem. Am using an in car unit running M3GPS S1 software. Once a new map is loaded onto the SD card, the whole navi system reacted the same way as akllee's unit. Is this because there is a key within the SD card that prevented tempering of the software?
