What is speed pick-ups and tachnometer (for car)?

Its for new diesel engines control. The size of the engine is bigger than your car :D
Speed pick up - to detect speed, tachometer is like your car speedometer, but has more function.
Nevermind, already solved! But I still stranded in Gurun until synchronising test with TNB completed.
Nuvi200, 255W, GMXT on N5800, 60csx, Papago X3 (EastGear), Galactio V8
