Last time I had to request thru the service center to disable my Maxis voicemail.
I take everything in moderation, including moderation.

best option is call their service center. call is free if call from your handphone. another alternative is to go their website and see if they have the special call in codes to de-activate. Celcom has theirs on their website but you need to search for it. I can't remember the codes but it is something like #69xxxxxxxx#
