Sibu/Sarikei Tracks & POIs

Postby zamad » Sun May 02, 2010 9:11 pm

One long track to Bawang Assan in Sibu plus several POIs.

There was a roundabout joining Jalan Pedada and Jalan Pahlawan, which has been replaced with a crossroad with traffic lights. Also, noted names to some roundabouts and roads.

sorry bro zamad, it's not Ibupejabat Polis Kontigen but it is actually going to be Balai Polis Sg Merah. It's targetted to be operational second quarter next year. Just got back from Sibu on 26th oct on this project... :)

anyone know how to fix it? Thankx

Hi achso2,

Could you point to a specific place in the Sibu map? I'd like to see whether this is a Papago-specific problem or the map problem.

sorry for late reply..
1. papago ask me to turn right from jalan oya traffic light go into jalan persiaran brooke.( but only can turn to left)

Hi achso2,
You mean to say Persiaran Brooke is one way only?

My guess, from Persiaran Brooke, it only 1-way access to Jalan Oya.

Some tracks and POIs from Sibu to Batang Ai. Blue are for new tracks, red are tracks with offsets which may need correction.

I was one of the unfortunate ones who couldn't 'land' in Kuching due to the recent mishap at the KIA. Had to re-reoute KUL flight to Sibu instead of Kuching. But.... now had the opportunity to track from Sibu to Lubok Antu. A lot of roads still untracked along the 6038A / Jalan Lanang (6038B). \:D/
