What about the other direction?
How is the Jalan Pelabuhan roundabout affected?
If coming from Jalan Merbau, how to get on the bridge?

From the Borneo Post:
“However it’s a bit confusing for those returning to the city centre as they need to go round and under the bridge, which is not that practical,” said Haslan.

From mysarawak.org:
Following the opening, the small stretch of road at the roundabout facing the Pansar building will be closed for good.

Hence, road users from Bintawa via Jalan Merbau have to adjust to a new alignment of traffic by going through under the bridge, passing the Kuching Port Authority at Jalan Pelabuhan to reach the roundabout at Pansar.

I don't have enough information to draw the approaching intersection on the Pending side.

If possible, could you track:

  • driving from Jalan Merbau to BCCK using the bridge.
  • driving from BCCK to Jalan Tun Razak or Jalan Setia Raja using the bridge.
  • driving from BCCK towards Bintawa via this bridge and Jalan Merbau.

Thanks!
