miri to kota kinablu

Downloaded & installed latest mfm-garmin 111024 onto my nuvi 205w. Unable to calculate route from miri to kota kinabalu. Any help would be very much appreciated. TIA

Seems like any POI in Miri to any POI in Kota Kinabalu vv unable to calculate route. For example from Park City Everly Hotel in Miri to 1 Borneo Mall in Kota Kinabalu.

Tried it on my Nuvi 3790 running MFM 111017 version map. Can calculate and route from POI at Park City at Miri to 1Borneo HyperMall at KK :thumbsup: Even can route from 1Borneo back to Park City.

Are you sure you are using only ONE map in your Nuvi ? Multiple maps enabled in your Nuvi can cause this problem :-'

Thks for your reply. No I don't have multiple maps selected. I have tried MFM-Garmin 100104 that was pre-installed when I bought my 205w but same results, unable to calculate miri to kota kinabalu. What's wrong?

Also confirmed it on an older model Nuvi 765 unit :thumbsup:

Suggest you perform a Backup of all data inclusive of hidden files and then delete all maps on your Nuvi pluis do a hard-reset to clear all user data.

How to do a hard-rest for Nuvi 205 http://www.fixya.com/support/r3893400-p ... i_205_205w

Redownload fresh map and install into SD card/garmin.

Still no joy, updated my firmware using web updater & did a hard reset.

I have no problem calculating route from miri to kuching & brunei, it just won't go to sabah!

Something strange going on with your Nuvi ... just got to find out what :ko:

Is mfm-garmin 111024 the ONE and ONLY map in your device ?

If not delete all others and try.

Did you download a fresh copy, delete previous copy and reload ?

Change SD card and try ...

Try alternative map from MSM ... if still fail, then :ko: ](*,) :ko:
