What you mean block missing? (Are you referring to Polygon?) or address or Postalcode?

1. Upper Peirce Reservoir (park) does not come under Recreation category (Where is this location? only car park poi) Yes, it is a carpark, but I thought it should be classified under "Recreation" as well2. Changi Garden (Condo) is missing. Address is on Jalan Mariam but that gate is closed, and current entrance is on Upper Changi Road North.

Mustafa Center has a very complicated carpark entry. It is impossible to get in, if we simply nagivate to "mustafa center" POI. So, its worth adding it given Mustafa Center is one of biggest supermarkets, which is 24 hours open. In and out is marked in the attached diagram.
