Road closure and New tracks (Kim Chuan)

Attached are tracklogs for Kim Chuan Road linking to/from Hougang Ave 3.

Note that Kim Chuan Drive to/from Hougang Ave 3 has been closed.

New tracks (Kallang, Tanjong Rhu Road).

There is now a bridge linking Tanjong Rhu Road to Stadium Link and Jalan Benaan Kapal.

Tracks also covers nearby roads. Note that the roudabout outside old Oasis is no longer a roundabout but this is probably a temporary diversion.
