Changes around JTC Summit Building and Jurong East MRT station.
1. New roads leading to JTC Summit Building from Boon Lay Way.
2. Jurong East 12 becomes a no through road.
3. New cul de sac around Popular(Jurong East MRT station).
4. Few new more traffic lights.
