He might not answer to the phone call....but he might use an email or wassap or wechat to make a deal....this is how the conman act today..
1.He may send an email to ask the buyer to pay online
2.Customer whos desperate to have the item might pay online
3.The GPS unit will not send to buyer
4.Buyer will wait and wait
5.Buyer make a police report
6.Buyer wait an action from police..

hope you are clear what i try to let you know...i called him/her because i can COD with him/her...so here why he/her didnt respons to the others question .Just advertised and left ...is this right?? wasting my time.
