Hi guys, I need some help. I have installed GMXT and have copied the latest malfreemap gmapsupp.img (v100726 26-07-10) to the garmin folder. But when i run the program and click on View Map, i only see the an europe map. Please guide me to get it to load the correct map.

Go to tools>Manage my data>Map sets, I see 2 maps sets which is "Worldwide Roads Basemap" and "detailed maps" both under E:\GARMIN\ and when i click on MapSource at the bottom there is "MFM-Garmin100726" and "MFM Poi 100726" both ticked.
In the About GMXT>Content, I only see Worldwide Roads Basemap v2.00. ](*,)

Obviously GMXT has yet to acquire a satellite fix, thus the default location is shown in the map. Therefore, if your device is GPS enabled and GMXT is able to connect to your device's GPS hardware, (preferably) go outdoors to an open area to acquire satellite signals. For this initial fix, it may take a few minutes.

Unfortunately GMXT software is not available for your phone. The supported OS's are Windows Mobile, Symbian S60, Symbian UIQ and Palm.

Hi.. I'm new to this forum and may i say..very useful infos in here.. kudos!
I've recently bought a sony ericsson vivas and with built in gps first thing that comes to mind is to install garmin
read through all the various faq and i've managed to install and make garmin works in my phone
the only thing is that when i switch my phone to landscape mode while in navigation, the map doen't show in fully in the screen
It shows only half the screen and it overlaps by the same map again in the other half.. :(
I've googled the issue and found no solutions on this.. anyone here having the same problem and most importantly is there a fix for this?
My guess is that the resolution of the map maybe is not as big as the resolution on the screen and there seems to be no option to change this. or is there?
any help or suggestion is much appreciated...
Thanks..

Should be possible since it's using S60 OS.
