How to patch N2x0W/2x5W/7x0/7x5 to enable 1-sec tracklog

My Garmin 205W Keep Flashing White screen after using 093001000230sg.rgn on the updates.

Please someone help, is my garmin bricked or is there a way to flash back to the same firmware ? anyone encountered the same problem??

I just bought a new Nuvi 255w from Best Buy LA. Its hardware id is 0827

When I try to patch, its hang and only show white screen, before that only message update fail. Then the nuvi can't even goes into storage mode on usb connection. I have patch my 250w without problem.

To make things worst, I have enable security. With much difficulties, I punch few keys blindly and goes outside to catch satelite, its manage to hook in storage mode but screen remain white, nothing else.

I ran Garmin updater and it update the Nuvi to the latest Nuvi 255w firmware and after a the normal loader screen it reboot and all is ok. Its a close one for me.

I need the tracking function on Nuvi its damn good better then iBlue 747 logger, my faithful 250w, I am giving it to my son.

Anyone here have issue with 255w from USA on patching.
