Here are added and corrected Exit POIs for BKE hw interchange. Note that Exit with red symbols are to replace existing incorrect exits. In summary

NEW Exit 1501 Permatang Pauh interchange - west bound
NEW Exit 1503 Permatang Nibong interchange
CORRECTED Exit 1505 Tasik Mengkuang interchange - to replace old
CORRECTED Exit 1508 Lunas interchange - to replace old
