My ASEAN Free GPS Map Project

A service road in Penang has had its one-way direction reversed sometime in Nov/Dec. A new entry ramp has been created for direct access from the main road.

Also, to move back a nearby pedestrian crossing traffic light a bit (comes just before the abovementioned entry ramp, old position is (B), new position is (A) in my GDB file).

Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang at around N5.45099 E100.30611 is now 100% dual carriageway.

Notes:

1. To add a one-way (NE>SW) access road to Palm Court from anti-clockwise carriageway (N5.45014 E100.30798). U-turn is not permitted here.
2. To add a one-way (NE>SW) connecting road to Island Plaza from anti-clockwise carriageway (N5.45076 E100.30660) to clockwise carriageway.
3. Continuing from #2, to add a two-way connecting access road between Island Plaza and Jln Seri Tg Pinang clockwise carriageway (N5.45065 E100.30657). (Motorists exiting Island Plaza here can only turn left towards the Jln Tg Tokong traffic light intersection.)
4. Existing two-way connecting road with Island Plaza (N5.45084 E100.30614) only connects to the clockwise carriageway of Jln Seri Tg Pinang.

At N5.41718 E100.31397, Jalan Lim Khoon Huat is again 100% two-way traffic (MPPP changed their minds 3 times at least).

Note: Right Turn is not allowed from Jalan Lim Khoon Huat to Jalan Berek (Barrack Rd).
