The Tracks are an enhancement to the current road. Add a couple of exit and entry ramps. Exit ramps is 'top' track while the lower one is entry from the highway.

Not shown in picture is a very very short track that links 2 roads together. It is a private road inside a factory (Avago), a little way south from the pictured location.

I think u need to use Mapsource and save to a *.gdb file on the POIs or tracks in order for the mappers to do their work efficiently.
