Started the GPS and selected only the MFM-Garmin 120806 map plus the Mfm Poi 120806 file.

Simulated a drive from my home to a recent favourite. Found out that No Junction View!

I was using the previous Mfm 2012.10 map before and it had wonderful Junction Views.

Did I so something wrong? I like JCV pls.

Solved my own problem liao. This MFM-Garmin 120806 is the weekly update without JCV. If I need JCV I will to go to the garmin website to download the MFM 2012.10 map.

Done that but I had problem installing the JCV file. Installation process ok for map but hang while copying the JCV file to the \.system\jcv directory.

The generated img file becomes smaller and smaller from one version to another... why ah?

Actually the installer file also smaller than the previous version... :-?

In years past, the harddisk was big and heavy....today we are using flash drive which is getting thinner and lighter. Get the drift?

The important thing is that regardless of its size, the map is working.

I rather have a smaller footprint with more and more details than a big footprint with limits to what you can put in. :-$
