i have a very dumb question, how can i delete the old mfm maps before installing this newer one because my garmin doesn't have much space left.. thanks~!

Just overwrite the old map with the new one will do.
Upload your contribution to MFM drop box if you don't want others to take your contributed tracklogs or POIs.
