If you are in Malaysia, perhaps you may want to use this

Just copy either the WAV or MP3 .GPI file to the same folder of your cPOI.

The few tunnels in Malaysia. The tunnels are Penchala Tunnel, Menora Tunnel (Perak), KLCC Underpass, SMART Tunnel and Genting Sempah Tunnel.

You can also try them in simulation mode in your pnd :D

Garmin GPS have this "dead-reckoning" feature that lets your GPS continue to function in a tunnel when signal is lost. The GPS will continue to track your vehicle through software based on your last speed. For this feature to work, you need to be using Garmin NT map or map compiled by Garmin. There are mapping codes that need to done by mappers before this feature will work.

Thanks for the explanation Bro silverbeauty.

@Bro singawon:

The purpose of this tunnel cPOI is to alert/inform/remind drivers to slow down prior to arriving at the tunnel. That's about it :)

For vehicles approaching from the opposite side, it will also alert/inform/remind them before entering the tunnel...

Hope this helps. Cheers.
