The first venue's name, though shortened, is still too long for Nuvi's display. As such, we cannot view the day the night market will be held... suggest we chop it down even further... :mrgreen:

Yeah, i notice that as well, any suggestion on how to further cut down the wording, but still remain the crutial meaning...


How about trimming the word NIGHT MARKET to NITE MKT? That frees up four additional character spaces...

I scare people might not know what's our short form is. If we need to use all such short forms, we need to standardize (apply to all other POIs) and come out with a standard abbreviation for the users, and it might become abit cumbersome for people who's not familiar with the abbreviation... Just my concern. Anyway it's still open for ideas...

As Per suggestion from Antyong, format may consider to be " (WED) Bandar Sunway Night Market" what do you all think?

Hi Guys,

Suggest that the name be NM AREA/CITY (DAY) ie NM Kg Subang (Wed). This will make it easier to search (find).

Just my 2 cent.
