Please look at the attached map image below, the small access road (no name) joining the main road (Jalan Gopeng) and the inner road (Jalan Gopeng Chandan Desa) is actually a ONE WAY STREET (you can only go from main road into inner road but not vice versa).
I've been driving past this small access road today (to refill my car with Caltex, hehe). There is a NO ENTRY sign at the end of the access road to bar vehicles from turning into the small access road from the inner road.
NOTE: The route (pink colour) the restaurant near Persiaran Pulai Timur 4 to the main road is INVALID, just to prove my point. :P
