Error in routing

I had the displeasure of driving from Manjung to KL last nite due to a weird run-around route suggestion.
I drove from Jln PM 2/5, Manjung (4.20477, 100.67542) to Bkt A'bangsa and set at the fastest route. However it directed me to PLUS' Jelapang exit en route Kuala Kangsar, make a u-turn at the toll plaza, and got back to the same hiway to KL.
I tried simulating the journey again using the "Routes" option on my Garmin XT, and the result is still the same.
Pls help before somebody else `kena'.
